(1)Install the IDM 6.10
(2)Now run the patch
(3)Now locate the folder where you have installed the IDM 10.(generally C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager is default path)
(4)On that directory just choose "idm.exe"
(5)The patch will show "patched successfully "
